      I ordered cigars from Jr Cigars on 9-8-24. The cigars were on sale for 40% off, plus a 10X loyalty bonus, and a free beer *****. The cigars that they shipped were the wrong cigars. I was told to box everything up and ship them back to ** with a prepaid shipping label. I was also told that I wouldn't get a refund until the cigars were received. I asked if I would get the cigars, and the promotion, and was told I would have to wait for the refund, and re-order, which meant I would lose all of the benefits of the promotion. I sent a complaint to customer service, and called customer service several times, and received a we're sorry e-mail, and 15% off my next order for their mistake. Their "mistake" cost me 40% on the cigars, 1300 loyalty points, and a $60 beer *****. Not to mention the time and hassle of not having cigars, and almost 2 weeks of ** keeping my money, and the effort of shipping everything back. Needless to say, I'm looking for a more reputable cigar retailer that stands behind their sales and service. Very bad business practices.

      I must say that my first order was fine, second was a different product and not good. I reviewed both separate and one was a 5 star review that got posted for public review and the second review, a 1 star disappeared twice! Never got posted!!

      I had an excellent experience. A *** was not able to assist with an question, but raised it up immediately to her supervisor. Somehow I ended up speaking to the call center director and had an amazing experience. She was very friendly, understanding and really made my day. Sometimes it pays to be nice when questioning things, I absolutely did not expect to speak to a director at 8pm in the evening. Great service, and thank you ********. I appreciate your time.

      Failure to deal with defective cigars from a 250 box of premium cigars. And then from a bundle of their JR ************* Extremely poor customer service. Unable to speak to anyone in the returns department or anyone in higher authority. No response from letter to the **** The poorest customer service of any ******************** company with whom I have ever dealt.

      Use to be the best. New management refuses to allow there people to tell you about discounts. This company is useless now. They don't care about there customers. They only care about money now.

      Ordered 2 samplers,received 1 and a coffee mug! Called customer service,was told 1 sampler went to the troops. While I support our troops, I wanted my smokes. They said the couldn't do anything, I said my shipping order said 2 samplers were in the package, but the said couldn't do anything, also wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor. First time, and last time customer

      I received an email from JR Cigars last week with a special that included a 5 ct Infused gift set with certain orders. I went there and made a purchase. It showed up but with no gift set. I reached out and they said they may have run out (while supplies last). I asked well why would you send a note, email or call to let me know - I would have cancelled my order. Terrible customer service and disappointing....

      Scam artists. I ordered and paid for expedited 2-day shipping, only for them to email me 5 days later saying my address doesn’t exist? And it’s not their problem? They can only issue me a refund once they receive the “return” package, which I NEVER RECEIVED in the first place. Such a terrible experience, 0 stars if I could.

      I am a regular customer and order all my cigars from JR's. Not anymore!! Ordered a box of Primo del Rey cigars this morning and did a fast check out. Didn't have a chance to apply my daily promo code for 25% off the order. Called customer service for help and was told they couldn't help me. The sales was final! Sorry! They have lost a customer!!
