            On June 6, Will J**** / A1A Roofing, installed a "fortified roof" on my house on Wrightsville Beach. - While the company did install shingles on the pitched roof, they did not install new TPO material on the flat roof - The crew damaged the flat roof during installation. - The crew also used nails that are too long for the roof, causing them to break through the ceiling of the house. - The business also failed to install siding panels in the roof area as requested. - The business was alerted on June 28 that the roof was leaking and the business responded that they would repair, the business was alerted to the leak again on June 30 and responded that they would repair, again on July 5, again on July 6, and again on July 12. On July 14 they came to repair the roof, after the leak caused over $750 in damages. - The business also damaged the neighbor's fence when leaving the property.

            Will did not replace the flat sections of the roof, only the pitched sections, although he charged for both. His crew used the wrong length nails breaking through the ceiling of my house. His crew punctured the membrane on the flat roof, causing a leak. When I told Will the roof was leaking, he did not send anybody for nearly two weeks, resulting in $1,000 in damages. He also did not replace the siding in the roof area. DO NOT USE.
