I have experienced one of the worst customer service ever when going here. The staff was completely horrible and racist towards my husband. The white male cashier the first time (previously 2 days ago) changed his attitude when he saw my Hispanic husband. He became very snappy and rude towards my husband. We literally just ordered the food and sat down while waiting for the food to be prepared. He was very short and ill tempered when we were asking about prices (as they are not very visible and there was a deal going on that we were curious about). Once we got our drinks, we were waiting for several minutes to ask for the salsa. Not one single person helped us or was willing to help us. Once we moved along and paid, his attitude completely changed when he was dealing with white people. He was very happy and friendly. Completely different than how he was with my husband and I. I was disgusted and mentioned to my husband about how the cashier seems different. Even other people in the area noticed and gave funny looks towards the cashier. My husband messaged the owner about this issue and how it was a major problem. But apparently staff is either willing to lie about customer behavior or there was another customer who complained about the service. Which I completely understand about the owner backing up her staff but she could not be bothered to check her cameras (video and audio). This is completely unacceptable. We even recorded the encounter just in case things got out of hand and this situation arose. I am deeply disgusted and hurt that in a place like ******** this discriminatory behavior. The owner is completely sweet but the customer service is horrible and frankly appalling. Both my husband and I have worked customer service (my husband has managed several restaurants and I have waitressed several business) and I would never even dream about treating my customers this way. I would never even dream about lying on about the people who make my business function.
