              I have been trying to get in touch with the business for 2 weeks now. I have moved too far away to stop in before my renewal date of 9/22 and I am wanting to cancel my membership due to ********* hardships. I have been told I had be be there in person but they let me freeze my account via the phone so canceling it should be no different. I even offered to signed something and send it as a compromise but was denied. I was given the manager's phone number but he never called me back or helped resolve the situation. They truely do not want to help people who are going through tough times. All they seem to care about is their money but I will be canceling my payments unless I hear back from them. Any help on assisting with this matter would be great.
