I purchased a solar panel system from Top Tier Solar. ****** was my sales agent he promised me that the solar panel, I purchase will cover all the power that I needed for my house and even enough to sell back to the power company. Instead, when my system went online the power company told me it will not come close to covering my power needs. Even the power company was shocked that someone would sale me a system this small. I immediately called Top Tier and asked why my system is not covering my power need as promised by the sales agent. They responded to me you have a half system. I had no idea what that meant so I reached out to ****** my sales agent, of course no reply to my number. I was blocked I called at least 10 times, ****** has been at my house every day, I realized then there was a problem. Top ITier is now showing me documents I have never seen. I know realized why ****** used my phone and scrolled down to where I needed to sign, probably bypassing all those documents. So now I have both a power bill and a solar loan. ****** promised me I could use the money I was paying the power company to pay for my solar loan. Also, they have included the 30% tax credit in my loan payment, but I just found out it will take me 4 yrs to get my money. I hope Top Tier will help me resolve these issues. I actually think solar is a good idea if the system works as promise I'm 66yrs old and I knew nothing about solar I trusted ****** and I feel he took advantage of me. My power bill went from $179 to $375 I am asking Top Tier for help with fixing this problem.

The way this company conduct business is not very professional! Number one, they are not consistent in the policies. They reimburse for relapse in service for just a few weeks on one occasion, but refuse to do the same during an extended lapse. My Solar system went out for about 4 months including the 3 weeks I had to wait for scheduling of maintenance. When I requested reimbursement for the down time they informed me that "I" should have been monitoring my system so that I could inform "them" that my system was not producing electricity. What if the ********************* worked that way? If a company is dependent on it's customers to invest in it's interests, would it be financially prudent to rely upon the customer to maintain that company's assets? I can not be the only consumer to think that it is the company's responsibility to monitor the service it provides to the public. Having said that; I think my only next course of action is to seek legal assistance in this matter. Has anyone else experienced this type of issue with Top Tier Solar?

Wonderful experience!!!! Very easy installation and company is always available for customer service issues. They have been very diligent walking thru the process. Definitely recommend Top Tier and so glad we decided to purchase solar panels
