I have nothing but good things to say about the drivers *** encountered so far until this morning. Most drivers are friendly, courteous and respectful. I have driven with multiple drivers from royal cab company and have never felt more disrespected than I did this morning when I was picked up by a driver with a horrible attitude. She wanted to pick me up much earlier than the scheduled time and I refused. She ended up getting me 35 minutes later than she was supposed to. As soon as I got into the car without waiting for me to put on my seatbelt, she took off. I did not even have on the seatbelt when she got to the first stop sign and she braked so hard that my body went forward. This was several of many hard braking and other unsafe practices such as going over speed bumps too fast. However, my biggest concern was that she never used her seatbelt. I know of many heavyset people who always wear a seatbelt. For the entire trip, she sat with a blinking light on the dashboard to remind her that she didnt have on her seatbelt. She ignored it. I hope that I am never matched with this driver again. If all of my future drivers continue to be as great as they usually are, I will revise my rating but based on my experience, a great rating is not going to happen today. Sorry to all the great drivers but your one unprofessional driver brought you and the company down.
