Initially, I looked up VA affiliated Urgent Care on the va.gov website. I discovered that FastMed on *********** was closest; therefore, naturally I went to that facility. I visited on Sunday June 16th. I was surprised and relieved at the operation hours. I was amazed at how easy the check-in process was. I just filled out a simple form and waited to be called. The reception specialist was very professional & amicable. She accommodated my needs by securing my appointment for the following day. I showed up for my appointment early enough to fill out forms and information so that I could be seen on time. I checked in the same way and the receptionist specialist worked with the same polite mannerisms and professionalism as the one on my previous visit. They must get them from the same delightful place with incredible work ethic. :-) Anyway, I barely waited at all after I filled out the electronic forms. I saw the wonderful nurse in perfectly adequate time. She thoroughly took all of the information necessary to get my medical needs fulfilled. I then immediately was taken care of by the marvelous P.A. Everyone on staff did outstandingly perfect in taken care of me and making me feel like my needs were of concern. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to get my urgent care needs taken care of. I do especially appreciate that Fast Med Urgent Care is affiliated with the VA. It's a place veterans can go to get taken care of just as wonderfully as I get taken care of at the **. Keep up the fantastic work!
