Where to start? They put my card on an auto pay without my authorization after 11 of 12 payments on my contract. I am now working with my bank to block them after seeing other reviews of them charging after the contract was complete. One review on here shows they refunded 1 payment out of multiple they collected. My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer last year and I had told the rep that I was glad our campaign was coming to an end to be able to keep extra money in our accounts just in case the medical bills were high. The rep never said that I needed to hurry up to cancel our campaign with it having an auto renew for the same contract length that we were currently in. Unfortunately the original contract was a year and when I asked her about the auto-renew once it renewed I was told if I didn't pay it we would face collections and our credit would be hit with going against a contract. This was also coupled with months of multiple emails before our original year contract ending of us complaint that adwerx did not bring any clients or value to our company. We are now two years in with this worthless company equalling $32400. If you ask them why you haven't received 1 lead they will tell you that they are not a lead company but a brand recognition company. At $32400 in brand recognition your money is wasted if you don't receive calls. Next after being held captive by adwerx for an additional 12 months I have requested calls from their legal department with no response. The rep was fired after months into my current contract without a new rep calling me. They still cc *********** on my invoices even though they were fired. I only found out they were fired after emails asking to fix my account. My ads were messed up for months without any compensation to fix them. Literally nothing good to say about this company. Adwerx responds to every complaint on here to keep their rating of A+ on BBB which makes the A+ rating for this company a joke.Adwerx, Inc. Response

I am a very busy ad manager for a small real estate firm. After a brief phone conversation with the sales rep I determined the product was not a good fit for our firm, and shared this with him. He proceeded to call each agent, saying that I told him too, implying my approval and endorsement. Not ok Adwerx. I have contacted my Agents with a warning to avoid any contact with Adwerx and it's representatives.Adwerx, Inc. Response

Horrible customer service. Once they had my contract and money, I was left on an island. Not able to make changes to my ad campaigns and no support except through email. I have been trying for months to cancel my contract to no avail.Adwerx, Inc. Response

Very dishonest service. I kept getting spam mail from them saying how fast and excellent their service was only to find out that it was a false statement or a bait and switch tactic. I paid for a one-week ad and almost 10 days later they still had not published the ad but did take my money and the funny part is they blamed FB...really guys? aren't you the experts? Please read all the reviews, including the ****** reviews, and don't throw your money away as they were there to catch it.Adwerx, Inc. Response

Hi *******, We were sorry to learn that you did not have the positive experience we strive to provide. According to our records, the link entered into your campaign too many extra utm parameters and was therefore too long for ********. Our engineering team shortened it up and submitted it for approval again for you. At that point, we are not able to make the ad live until ******** approves it. This was the reason it would have been stuck in Pending Approval for that long, but once we fixed that for you, it was up and running that same day. We hope that you consider using our digital advertising services again in the future. Sales rep ****** ****** emailed me (marketing manager) claiming he was "in recent contact with [our founder] and [our CEO] this morning, and they both loved [his] sales pitch on the phone."
Since our founder is not reachable by phone at this time, I knew immediately that what he was saying was untrue. Upon checking with the CEO, I learned that he had simply given the rep my email address and that the "sales pitch" never happened at all. The CEO has no time or inclination to take this type of call, which is why he rightly passed it off to me. Clearly, no one "loved" anything.
While I may have been open to a conversation with this person, I absolutely will never speak to anyone from this company after such blatant lies. Is this really how you do business?Review from Martha B

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with Adwerx. Adwerx partnered with my broker which is how I came to become a customer. I had signed up for a Sphere Campaign through my account manager, ***. I had one condition that needed to be met in order for me to agree to this campaign and that was that my campaign not be set to auto renew. I had read the complaints on this site and others about the auto-renew feature and decided that was a deal breaker for me. *** had promised me that if I signed up through him (instead of signing up through the portal) that he could and would turn off the auto-renew feature. Unfortunately, the auto-renew did not get turned off and my campaign was renewed. The email they sent alerting me of the imminent renewal was sent late in the evening and I missed it, so I was unable to stop the renewal. I called Adwerx the day after receiving a notification that my campaign had renewed expecting to have to fight for my refund or be flatly denied. That was not the case. They reviewed my account and noted that this indeed was a condition of my purchase, apologized for the error and refunded my money immediately. I am very happy with this outcome and it makes me feel much better about working with them and possibly continuing with another campaign.
