I reached out to this company to have my air ducts cleaned, which includes intake and return of air in the furnace. They came out on 11/21/2023. Three guys came I was home the entire time but I did not watch and follow them from room to room. At the end of the cleaning the older man showed me a picture which appeared to be clean ducts. I paid $715.00 for the services. Fast forward to yesterday 3/11/2024, i had the company that services my AC/Heating unit out and they were going through their normal steps when he asked, if I would like my air ducts cleaned. I explained that would not be necessary I just had it done in November 2023. He proceeded to take pictures and show me the furnace and it is clear there was no cleaning done. I immediately contacted ABS and spoke with ***** the owner who stated "didn't the tech show you pictures after the work was done in November". I stated yes and it clear to me now, these pictures could not have come from my house b/c there was no cleaning done to my ducts. ****** looked at the recent pictures I took yesterday and was shocked himself. He had the techs come back to my home on 3/11/2024, to perform the cleaning I paid for in November. They corrected the problem. My concern is if my AC/Heating folks had not just mentioned the cleaning, I would have never known the work was not done in November by ABS . I asked the tech with ABS yesterday how could that have happened, he apologized and said well this has happened to a client before. No real answer. Proceed with caution if you decide to use this company. Follow them from room to room take your own pictures before and after to make sure you are getting what you paid for.
