            The extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist answered and hung up on me in the middle of me talking. She already had me repeat myself a thousand times for things I spoke clearly. Including my name which I stated at the start of the call. She then put me on hold and came back and said they will give me a call and I was asking when and she hung up. I was actually referred here by Legal Resources and I am displeased with the customer service. If you all don't have great customer service, I cannot trust you to do business on my behalf. And neither should anyone else. Needless to say, I immediately reached out to Legal Resources to let them know the horrible unprofessional encounter I had and I requested different counsel. It sucks because it seems the actual lawyer may not have been bad, but her customer service team sucks and needs to be retrained on soft skills. - a Training Manager who works in Learning Operations with a bachelor degree in management.
