I used to work for bell partners and also lived on property. Still do except its now owned by a new company. I transferred from a 3 bedroom to a townhouse and was told my the pm at the time that my water bill would transfer over so I thought I had paid it. 2 years later they have sent me to collections. I have now 2 different collection agencies charging me 2 different amounts and nobody at bell partners knows how to handle it. I never received a letter saying that I owed anything and not to mention I would not have been able to transfer if I owed anything. Now I cant rent a new place until I get this taken off of my credit. I reached out to both collection agencies and one is charging me $65 more and saying that I moved out in 2023 when I moved out in 2022. And the other one is saying that even though they put me in collections They dont have all of the information yet to tell me what will happen after I pay it off if they can remove it from my credit or not Which I think is absolutely crazy. I reached out to *********** to see if they can at least dispute one of them But Im waiting to hear back. I have tried talking to so many people, but nobody knows whats going on or can you help me figure this out. I have always paid everything. Ive never had any evictions or anything like that So Im not sure what to do anymore.Bell Partners, Inc. Response

I resided in the building for over 2 years. Initially, it was not a disgusting place to live. However, it has been managed by the most incompetent, cruel, unprofessional and unkind individuals. The place has pet urine spots from wall to wall on every level and floor. The elevators shut down with people stuck inside on a consistent basis. The garage consists of 2-3 of black dirt and dust that you have to walk through to get to your unit. They paste wall displays asking tenant to please control their animals yet nothing more than that goes occurs. ***** and ***** in management are grossly incompetent and only harass you when they want more fees or to let you know, yet again, someone is coming into your unit. The only saving grass at ********************* is that it is safe. There are a number of police officers and sherifs who reside there. The maintenance guys are angels, given how badly the building has been maintained and is falling apart.Bell Partners, Inc. Response

While we regret that you were not fully satisfied with your experience at the property, we do dispute the claims made in your review. Here at *********************, we take the cleanliness and appearance of the property extremely seriously, and we contract with a janitorial service to clean the hallways on a daily basis from Monday through Friday. We also employ a fulltime assistant that maintains the cleanliness of the grounds and garage area. The propertys elevators are serviced on a regular basis by our vendor, and we are not aware of any recent instances where a resident has become stuck inside one of the propertys elevators, as stated in your review.
Finally, we strongly disagree with your claims regarding the management team at ********************** The team brings a wealth of property management experience to the community, and they endeavor to always conduct themselves with the highest degree of professionalism and care.Customer Response

I strongly disagree with the above statement. I would really like the opportunity to attach actual photos of the present state of this disgusting building. Also I would like to add that everything I have stated has been witnessed by others who are more than happy to confirm my overview of *********************. Thank you for your time.Review from Quanisha P

Please fix the elevators or compensate us. Its been three months without operating elevators. Im pretty sure thats a safety concern according to *****. According to the leasing office, they have no clue when the elevators will be fixed. This is very inconvenient for myself living on the third floor with a 1 year old baby and sprained ankle. I am a resident at *********************. Please fix this issue! I am not willing to renew my lease until this is fixed.Bell Partners, Inc. Response

Very disappointed with my overall experience here at ******* 54. The overall cleanliness is a concern. First concern is that they have a cleaner come in and then the staff does a walk through prior to you moving in. It makes you wonder how thoroughly they are cleaning and looking at things. We will start with the most concerning, which was the small shards of glass on the guest room carpet. Im very grateful that I was cut and not my dog. Im also grateful that I dont have children. I couldnt imagine if they had been cut by the glass. There were about 8 shards of glass on the carpet. From process of elimination, Im guessing the previous light fixture had broken and the glass shards were from it as they were located below the light. I reached out via email to the management company to address my concern and frustration with this experience. I also asked about having it cleaned up. I received an apology for having the experience and they asked for pictures to document. They ignored the question about the responsibility of cleaning it up. So not only did I get cut on glass that was already in the unit I am now responsible for cleaning it up.There was a lot of dust and some soap scum/sticky residue on both tubs. When bringing this disappointment to the community team, they basically said that they did a walk through and didnt notice it. From the attached picture I dont know how you can miss the large residue on the center of the tub wall.Again the only response is an apology. When you continue to give an empty apology is that really supposed to fix the situation. The only guidance was to make sure to document it on the move-in inspection. Here at Elevate54 you are just a number, they do not care about your wellbeing or experience while in their community. Also my rent is $1285 in the ****** apartment layout. I see they are now renting for over $1670 a month. For the amount we are paying this is completely unacceptable.Bell Partners, Inc. Response

Dear ***************** I hope this message finds you well. I am a 100% disabled veteran wirh a handicap plate in my name. I am writing to express my concern Concern Regarding Compliance with Georgia Code 40-6-226 regarding a recent incident involving the use of handicap parking spaces on the property. On Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at 12:45 p.m. I was informed by the property maintenance manager that I am not allowed to park my vehicle, which has a handicap license plate, in the designated handicap parking spots. The manager stated that despite my vehicle displaying a valid handicap plate, I could not park in these spots because the property is privately owned. At 1:39 p.m. the booting company Star Parking posted a sign that the handicap spot is for future residents only. Which is still in violation of GA Code 40-6-266.I would like to bring to your attention this directive appears to be in violation of Georgia law, specifically Motor Vehicles and Traffic 40-6-226. According to the code:"It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand, or park any vehicle in a parking place for persons with disabilities unless there is displayed on the driver's side of the dashboard or hung from the rearview mirror of the parked vehicle a valid unexpired parking permit for persons with disabilities or unless there is attached to the vehicle a specially designated license plate for disabled veterans or other disabled persons authorized under Code Section 40-2-74 or 40-2-74.1 and unless such person is the person to whom such permit or license plate was issued; the person to whom such permit or license plate was issued is a passenger in the vehicle; or such vehicle is being used for the transportation of disabled passengers on behalf of the institution to which such permit was issued."Bell Partners, Inc. We regret that you had a negative experience at the property, and we appreciate you providing us with the opportunity to address your concerns. As an initial matter, we would note that full compliance with the Fair Housing Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act is of paramount importance to Bell Partners, and we endeavor to make the property accessible for all residents and prospective residents. To that end, we have installed several *** compliant accessible parking spaces in front of the leasing office, for use by prospective residents with the appropriate license plate and/or placard. As the signage adjacent to these accessible parking spaces makes clear, however, these spaces are for use by prospective residents only. Individuals that are visiting one of the neighboring businesses or offices in the area should use the designated parking lot and spaces for that facility. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, and we are sure you can appreciate our need to ensure that there are sufficient available accessible parking spaces for prospective residents at the property with disabilities and mobility impairments.Review from Bianca L

It is completely unprofessional to treat a client who paid $400 for applications without even answering their calls. I am writing this review because of the unprofessional treatment from the office and the unjust rejection of my application. It's important to note that we are a gay couple, and this kind of behavior is, unfortunately, common in communities that do not respect or embrace human rights. We received no assistance from the office, and there was no valid reason for our disqualification. They will make everything difficult, deny your application without cause, and keep your money!Every document was provided, and even my manager called the office to provide everything they needed, but they hung up on her. If there is no valid reason to reject my application, I demand my application fee back as soon as possible. Otherwise, we will pursue this matter in court.Bell Partners, Inc. Response

We do, however, strongly dispute your claims of discrimination. Bell Partners complies fully with all federal, state, and local fair housing laws, and we endeavor to ensure that Bell ************* is an inclusive and welcoming environment for all qualified applicants and residents. Unfortunately, you did not meet our qualification standards, and we were forced to deny your application in accordance with our procedures. If you have additional information regarding your application or believe there may have been an error with your submission, we would invite you to provide that information directly to the leasing office.Review from Deborah M

I moved into ************* on June 1, 2024. The apartment was dirty and took me 2 days to clean so I could unpack. The apartment is ***** infested and I have to have pest control come out weekly to try and fix this. The kitchen sink needed to be repaired and this took 3 weeks. My washer stopped working 3 weeks ago, it took 2 weeks to get them to even look at it, I was told a part had t o be ordered and it would be fixed in a few days, that was over a week ago. When I called today to ask when I can expect it to be fixed, I was told the part still was not in and was talked down to by office staff who acted like it is normal to take 3 weeks to get a washer fixed. They said the part could not be tracked and that they did not know when it would be fixed. The pool has been closed for weeks. My whole experience in the 7 weeks I have lived here has been a nightmare.Bell Partners, Inc. Response

On behalf of Bell Partners and the Greys Harbor property management team, we regret that you are not fully satisfied with your resident experience so far. Please rest assured that we have taken the appropriate steps to address all the issues raised in your review. We will always work diligently to resolve issues such as these, and ensuring our residents comfort and positive living experience is always our top priority.
While it is unfortunate that there was a pest control issue that was discovered after the move in, we did take immediate measures to address the matter by calling out pest control to come service your unit. The reason there was a delay in getting your washing machine working immediately was due to a back ordered part that was needed. However, as a temporary solution, a vacant unit washing machine was offered to you in the same building as your unit. As of July 26th,the part had not arrived, so the maintenance team decided to replace your washing machine with another one, so you didnt have to continue to use the vacant unit.
We never want to close the pool and understand this an amenity that many residents love to enjoy during the Summer. The pool was closed for a short period of time due to an unforeseeable leak that required a repair from a third-party contractor.Once it was repaired and it was considered safe to swim, it was opened back up right away.
*******, it is our understanding that all your concerns mentioned in this complaint have been addressed and have been resolved. If you feel differently, we would like to invite you to reach out directly to a property representative at ************* and they will take care of you. We truly hope you will continue to call ************ home and that your living experience is a positive one moving forward!Review from Florencia S

I have been without running water now for 48 hours at ************ in *********** CO (owned by ****) and they are handling the whole situation terrible. They have offered no hotel vouchers or discounted rent due to this. Their communication around the whole issue has been inconsistent (lying at times about when the water is coming back on) and frustrating!Bell Partners, Inc. Response

On behalf of Bell Partners ***** the management company for the ******************* apartment community, we appreciate the opportunity to respond to the Complaint by *********************************** regarding her concerns related to a temporary water outage at the community as a result of an unforeseen pipe leak.
Based on the Complaint, it appears that ****************** is principally concerned with managements communications to residents related to the temporary outage. Please know that Bell Partners took the temporary water outage very seriously and endeavored to both resolve the issue and communicate with residents to share regular updates. Ensuring our residents comfort and a positive Property experience is always our highest priority.
We regret that **************** was not satisfied with our communications regarding the recent, temporary water outage. This was a difficult situation that occurred over the weekend, and we attempted to relay information regarding the repair work from our third-party vendor as soon as it became available to us. After our initial communication on June 28, 2024, alerting residents to the water outage, we sent two further communications on June 29, 2024, the second of which informed residents that the repair work was occurring and that we expected to have the water restored in ***** hours. In our follow-up communication the next day on June 30,2024, we explained that, although there had been additional leaks discovered, those leaks had been addressed and water had been restored to the Property within 48 hours of the original incident. As a customer service gesture for the disruption caused by the unforeseen outage, we also provided bottles of water for all residents and free access to showers and restrooms at a nearby gym.
Again, while we do regret that ****************** was not satisfied with our communications, we believe that this matter was handled appropriately. We would invite the resident to contact office staff directly with any follow-up questions.
