            Our new Natuzzi sofa was delivered on July 17 after a 16-week wait. Immediately upon receipt, the sofa began to show unnatural fabric wear and puckering of fabric. Natuzzi was contacted within a few days and on two occasions sent a consultant to inspect the problem--Premier ********************* The technician agreed that the **** had defective fabric and manufacture. Since then we have heard nothing, and cannot get anyone at Natuzzi to return a call, or email. We have been ghosted by both Natuzzi and Premier and have no other option than to lodge a complaint.

            DO NOT PURCHASE a Natuzzi Editions sofa. Whether intentional or not, something will go wrong with your purchase about 2 and a half years after purchase and just as the warranty runs out. This might be acceptable for a $1200 IKEA leather sofa (which lasted 10 years!). But it's hard to swallow after spending $7000 on a Natuzzi Editions Trionfo sectional. I'd like to avoid small claims court but that is probably the only way to get this company to pay for repairs. What an enormous disappointment. I actually stopped someone from going into the Natuzzi showroom. Hopefully, here the message will get out far and wide.Could have been such an easy fix. But now I will be seeking the maximum.
