            Prolawn customer 5+ years up until recently. I requested additional work to be done on my property and received a quote after I had been emailing my wishes in great detail to an employee of the company. The contractor providing the work only did half the task and disregarding my request. The contractor even took a side job with one of my neighbors while he was suppose to be working on my property. He charged them a fraction of what Prolawn was charging me for the same service. I did request a rate reduction and was granted only a percentage off of the work the contractor did in error but the main work was kept at full price even though it was only half way completed. I was told the bill would stand due to the company needing to pay their employees and maintenance of vehicles.

            I am aware of this concern and the problem arose when some of the bushes were on the neighbors property.
            When i spoke to Miss ******* via email I said we would come back to trim them once we had permission from the neighbor.
            we trimmed all the bushes on her property but with the neighbors plants sticking up it didn't look good. we didn't want to trim anything across the property line until we had permission.
            I wanted to return and do that but Miss ******* said don't bother.
            I apologized for the problem. i am not aware of trimming any neighbors bushes for a fraction of the cost unless an employee did it with out our knowledge.
