I financed my 2020 jeep cherokee in November 2024 from cannon auto retailer, 6 months later the vehicle is having both battery and alternator issues. I was told from a mechanic that the parts on the jeep were never replaced or repaired before selling the vehicle to me. I called cannon auto retailers and asked if there was warranty on the battery/alternator I was told no and that they would not be able to help me the car comes as is. i purchased both the battery and alternator. I only drive the car to and from work I work 10 mins from home thats it! But yet Im responsible for an alternator and battery. I was also sold the car with extremely high mileage which makes it almost impossible to trade the vehicle in. After not being able to be helped and being talked to in the most disgusting way ever I turned to ****** reviews where i ready that many many others have suffered the same issues i am currently going through with this company. I left a review on ****** like the others expressing how i felt and the very next day my next day my vehicle was towed from my property. I feel like this was retaliation. I called cannon auto to see why my vehicle was towed away when i have not missed a payment besides this current week and normally policy is to charge a late fee not tow the vehicle after being a few days late. My sister also financed a vehicle from this company and she fell short of her payments, cannon auto finance did not tow my sisters vehicle until after 30 days of non payment. with me it was literally 4 days. I was told that the reason it was towed was because they were not able to get in contact with me which is false. I asked for proof of an email text or voicemail that was left for me and instead ****** got very nasty with me because she was caught in a lie. She then told me if i wanted to get my car back I would have to pay her my regular car fee plus an extra $400. These ppl are SCAMMERS!! they need to be investigated/shut down.
