Santos completed a large job at our sons house a few years ago and he did an outstanding job. Not only did the job look great immediately after it was finished, it has also held up perfectly well to this day without any problems. The roads in our neighborhood were redone recently and consequently large ditches were created along the property border (approximately 160 ft) in order to bring the neighborhood roads up to current code. The large ditches did not look very good but worse, they were hard to mow and made parking cars on the edge of the property impossible. Because of the excellent job that Santos performed at our sons house we knew exactly who we needed to call. Santos promptly came out and we discussed the various options that we had to remedy this situation. Santos discussed the pros and cons of the different options and we together chose the plan that best fit our situation. Santos provided a clear and transparent contract which I very much appreciated. Once the job was started, his team worked diligently and efficiently. Santos and his employees were all very polite. Upon completion of the job, the final product exceeded my expectations. Santos reviewed the final product with us to make for sure that we were fully pleased and left without any final wants or concerns. Santos reviewed ways to help establish new grass in order maximize the success of our lawn. Upon completion of the project, it was very important to Santos that he made us aware that if any problems or concerns were to arise that he did not want us to hesitate to call him. At the time of writing this review, Santos has an A+ BBB rating and I can honestly say without a shadow of a doubt that he deserves this rating. If you have a waterproofing, drainage, or landscaping project I would not hesitate to contact Santos.
