The Remodeling Company is a scam. I had my initial appointment with *****. He was incredibly helpful, especially while spending money with their company. As an aside, this company is hugely overpriced, but I went with them because of their supposed reputation. Once I signed the contract, *** who is part owner of this company, took over my job. I must have called and emailed *** a good 20 times with no response. Very unprofessional. Also, the work is contracted out so it isnt even their company that does the work. I had 6 double hung windows, a sliding glass door, and a fence installed. Three out of six of my windows dont keep the moisture out and the fence is a freaking disaster. Since the workers were not supervised, they did such a unprofessional job. When they were done with my fence, they left all the price tags on all of the wooden planks in the fence and never removed them, the gate doesnt work properly, there were nails sticking out, and there is a section that is not straight. I should not have to tell the workers that I dont want nails sticking out of my fence; they used the wrong length for their nails. I had to have the company come back and shave down and smooth out all nails that went through the fence. They had to come back twice. Lastly, for three weeks this company left their extra materials at my house as if I had a place to store them. I had no point of contact to communicate my concerns above because I was never given one. The only thing this company is good for is accepting your payment. I am hugely dissatisfied and will NEVER recommend or use the Remodeling Company in the future.

These people came to my home for screen in porch took my husband and my deposit of $1645 on February 16th 2024 and have not heard anything yet!!

I agree, you should have been contacted. Sometimes the process for getting a permit takes several weeks. Our ****** learned is that we need to communicate with clients every step of the way... even if there isn't any progress to report. We should have simply communicated that the county is working on it. Thank you for the feedback.

A company employee was in my neighborhood leaving fliers at houses. I decided to take a chance and made an appointment for 10:00am the following Friday. They did not show up until 10:30am and when asked why they did not call to let me know they would be late I was told employees are told not to contact prospective customers. I was also told he tried to call his office but there was nobody in yet, at 10:00am. If this how prospective customers are treated, I'll find another company who really wants my business.

Our apologies for being 30 minutes late. I will use your review of our company to emphasize the importance of being on time. We will also review the policies and procedures in place to ensure future communication is better. Our representatives have a number they can call from 8:00am - 8:00pm. No excuses.

Thank you for your feedback. Our company policy is for a representative to call our office if they are going to be more than 10 minutes late to an appointment. The confirmation center is to promptly call the client and confirm that being a few minutes late is an acceptable option. If not, we try to reschedule the appointment. To be clear, our office opens at 8:30am. Our entire staff will be retrained on the importance of being prompt. Thank you for your feedback.

This company provided an excellent product for a reasonable price. Crew was prompt, professional, and meticulous in both the installation and cleanup. They have the best communication process I have experienced. Including an on-site, dedicated communications person who kept me informed and ensured I was satisfied with the project before the crew left.

Very thorough in explaining work done, costs, and any repairs that needed to be made. My new roof looks amazing! Everyone I was on contact with was very professional and a great asset to the company!

We had a great experience with The Remodeling Company. Their customer service is outstanding and ******** walked through the process with us from beginning to end. They were even able to replace our worn out roof in just one day. Their whole team was extremely hard working and efficient. They showed a lot of respect for our home and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We are very pleased!
