            I decided to part ways with my insurance agent at this company after discovering I was being overcharged almost $1,000 for my insurance. I had insurance through Progressive with an agent from this company. After a few years, I spoke with my agent to see if a better rate was available and was told no. I called Progressive directly inquiring about rates since my policy was about to expire. A Progressive agent informed me that I would have the same coverage for half of the price my agent was having me pay. I decided to go directly through Progressive. This company reported me for not having insurance. I do have insurance but at a much better rate. I am now faced with the task of having to complete paperwork to provide to the state so that my license is not revoked. I encourage you to shop around when it comes to insurance and go straight through a provider instead of an agent. Let this serve as a reminder that insurance agents work on commission.
