            Reserved room thru hotels.com for Aug ***** and paid $ ****** and the hotel has without authorization charged my credit card $281.88, $281.88 and $33.83. When contacted to ask why the charges I was told for dirty wash rag, dirty towel used on vehicle window that they have proof of, f**** on sheet, and smoking in room. This is unacceptable considering the linens are washable and not damaged, it was a droplet of chocolate on sheet, and room smelled like smoke when we walked into it and I do not smoke. I was told to contact ****** the next morning to discuss in which I plan to do but I feel as if they have a camera also in the room which is illegal! I demand all my money back and will be contacting a lawyer and the news stations to report this also..not to mention the shower handle is labeled wrong which caused my fianc to get burnt by hot water but we didnt complain and get this type of service. We will not ever stay at econo lodge crystal coast again!!!
