We purchased a sofa from Stickley last June2021. We were promised the order would be complete by the December holidays. We called the store in the first week of January and received a new date of late March 2022 We called again in late March and we were told sofa would be ready in April. Received a text message from store asking for complete payment of our order before they would deliver it. We requested to see the sofa before payment because we were concerned that the item would be the correct color and not be in a damaged condition. We have not heard anything from Stickley. They never call you and have no regard for you as a customer. I want my deposit return to me. I will never do any purchases with this store and anyone who reads this review should beware of how you will be treated as a customer.
