            We purchased a sofa from Stickley last June2021. We were promised the order would be complete by the December holidays. We called the store in the first week of January and received a new date of late March 2022 We called again in late March and we were told sofa would be ready in April. Received a text message from store asking for complete payment of our order before they would deliver it. We requested to see the sofa before payment because we were concerned that the item would be the correct color and not be in a damaged condition. We have not heard anything from Stickley. They never call you and have no regard for you as a customer. I want my deposit return to me. I will never do any purchases with this store and anyone who reads this review should beware of how you will be treated as a customer.

            My glass top table was delivered and came missing all the necessary screws (8 in total) when delivered. It came with two screws that were not for the table. I reached out to my salesperson ********************* who left me a message that I had to email Stickley ***************** I decided to go to the store to speak to her about the problem. When I went to the store, she had the manager, ****, waiting for me and did not interact with me at all. **** said he would email customer service that day and include me on the email. He never did. I sent customer service an email on 7/5/22 and was told that a rush order was put on the screws that day and the rep ******** was waiting for a tracking number from the vendor. I emailed the ****** again on 7/11/22 for an update and on 7/12/22 she responded that she had not received an update from the vendor. I emailed her back asking if she could follow up with the vendor to find out what the delay was. As of today, 7/15/22, I have not heard from ****** regarding the order/tracking number.
