              I have an account with ************** which is now Dogwood State Bank. I changed my banking information and spoke to someone who helped me change my banking information for my auto payments. I thought since I updated my information that payments would be paid. I received a letter stating I was past due, so I have been trying online, leaving messages to call me so I can make the payments. I have left at least 6 messages with no return call. I do not want this account to affect my credit score, but at this point I have 1 more day before it is reported to the credit bureau. I need someone to help me make these payments but this has been so frustrating I felt I had no other options to get their attention.
