This company has some of the rudest and most disrespectful people working there. ******** and ******* should not be in customer facing positions. The bathroom remodel was done well, but the tile installer needs a bit more attention to details. We still do not have glass which is currently 8 weeks after Glass Depot came to template. I had to call the glass company directly a week ago for an update as they were not being provided by NY Reno and they kept stating theres a delay and timing is estimated. However, Glass Depot told us the deposit was never paid and that was 7 weeks after they came out for a template. Just called the glass company again for the first time since early last week after continued vague updates from NY ****. One very helpful person at *********** told me that NY Reno just paid the deposit earlier this week and theyd call back after asking around for a timing update. Never heard back, so I called again but was told that NY Reno had instructed Glass Depot to not speak with me. The woman at *********** specifically said she was told by NY Reno to not discuss financial information but could confirm that the glass has been ordered. However, when I called last week, that same person at *********** said the deposit was not made and glass had not been ordered. Meanwhile, for weeks, NY Reno was providing random updates about our glass saying they havent heard from the glass company, or that its just one more panel to come in. Those updates seem to be false as well as the receipt they emailed which was a text only document on ********* Word. Im sure they will reply to this and say they have gone above and beyond to make us happy. Or, try to put the blame on us and call us rude for following up directly with their vendor, but we have plenty of emails to show this. Plus, a bizarre and unhinged phone call from ******** where she screamed and yelled immediately after I answered about how I picked the wrong person to mess with, calling me insane, etc.

The best part is I found your business profile with a similar review response on your page. The bizarre Unhinged call you are speaking of was a result of you YELLLING AT **. When I didnt take your harassment and disgusting behavior you didnt like that did you? I guess you will eventually become a man and learn how to speak to people! You not only harassed me and the other woman in this office, but our vendor. To the point they called us 6x to report you and how awful you were. You can post this wherever you would like because I dont hide the fact that I yelled at you, I SURE DID. I REFUSE to be talked to that way by ANYONE. I was nice and accommodating up until you demanded a call, then decided to talk to me the way you did. SO to anyone reading this, yes I did say all of that to him and I did **** at him due to him being a disrespectful man child! This man had a delay on glass that was out of our control, HE APPROVED THAT IT WAS AN ESTIMATED TIME FRAME. He was shown proof of receipt and claims it was fake. Which is fine. It's 100% impossible that I didnt pay for glass, then one day paid and it was ready to install the following week. This man has severe anger issues and thought he was going to harass US. Being completely disrespectful to our office and our vendor. SOOOOO that being said, have fun with your pointless reviews b/c I will continue to defend myself and my business. THE BATHROOM IS BEAUTIFUL AND WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH THE RESULT.
