Approximately 2 ½ months into enrollment, the incidences began becoming more frequent and more intense. The student had multiple situations of very loud outbursts to other students and sometimes teachers, frightening others in the school. Each of these outbursts were documented and discussed with the student. She admitted having difficulty at times controlling herself. We asked what the school could to do to help her. The requests made were approved; essentially, a partial isolation from others. Two days after this occurred the student accused another student of pushing her in an aggressive manner. The alleged incident was reviewed on camera, with the student reviewing it as well; no such action was seen. It was only 1 week after this when the final extreme vulgar language outburst occurred, resulting in termination from the program. Harsh and/or vulgar language is a serious violation of the school's rules. The outburst was so loud as to be heard at the other end of the school in a closed office. This event, as well as others, were all captured on the school's video security system. While reviewing the video for this event, no other student was found to have been a part of it. Other students in her class had become afraid for their own safety.
She obtained an attorney to get part of her money refunded (the school only received approximately 20% of the tuition amount owed). After her attorney learned more details which the student omitted, her attorney dropped the case, never going further.
She also reported the school to the state licensing agency, using the same accusations. The agency sent an inspector to investigate, and they too found the claims to be without merit.
