            I was overcharged for parking at an event in *******, ** and was not given an option for a receipt or to pay with cash. (I tried to pay cash). Parking was posted for $15.00 and I was charged $40.00. I spoke with the company and they told me a refund was approved and a check would be mailed out to me. After several weeks, I have yet to receive the check and a follow up phone call was made. I spoke with a representative, and he confirmed that the refund was approved but to quote him our finance department *****. I requested to speak with a supervisor about the matter and was given a name and phone number. I left a voice message but have yet to receive any further correspondence. The event was 12/9/2023 and the refund was supposed to have been approved 12/19/2023. At the moment I am still waiting.

            Complete scam pay for your spot for someone to come give you a ticket 6 minutes later, either their employees don't know what they're doing or they're telling employees to ticket cars.

            Were sorry you had a poor experience parking with us. Wed love a chance to review you should not have received a ticket after paying for parking. 

            If youd email either the ticket number or your plate number to ************************************* we can investigate. Youre also welcome to submit a dispute directly through our website (************************************, and click "Violations & Disputes" in the top right hand corner)  each one is reviewed directly by our employees. Our goal is to maintain clean and convenient facilities. We issue violations to ensure equitable access to parking.
