After realizing that I had a large bold in my tire after visiting family who live in the Salisbury area, I went to this business to have the tire repaired. I witnessed two of the employees sitting around the service counter and not working while my family sat in 90° heat for 40 minutes waiting for repair. The price for service was way overpriced and the customer service was horrible. I was also charged an extra .80 for using my debit card to pay for the patch work on my tire. When I expressed that I didn't think it was fair to pay extra charges on top of overpriced services the "manager" Matt became very rude and stated "Oh, well". I told him I would not return to this location, and he stated "my money was not needed as he held up his hands like "his father's" business was part of the queen's palace! He told me to leave and not return. He also indicated that the extra .80 was posted but did not offer to cancel the sale and allow me to pay cash for the repair. I have had many tires repaired in my life and to this day have NEVER paid more than $15.00 for patching a tire. When I looked back over the Repair Order, I was unable to see what the labor -vs- parts was for my service due to incorrect invoicing. My overall charge of $28.84 but my debit card was charged $29.70 because the business does not feel it is their responsibility to cover the use of debit cards in their business. I had to ask four times for his (and his father's) name before he yelled it across the parking lot and challenged me to call him in the morning! This "adult want-to-be" treated his father's business like a piece of property that he was entitled to without any regard or respect for the years of loyalty and support "his father's" customers. His actions resembled that of a child who has no idea the importance of customer service! He lacks the ability to visualize that without the customer, his father's business struggles to open.

We are one of if not the lowest price for a patch repair in Salisbury. We do not plug tires because it’s not safe. We have two signs in the office stating our credit card machine charges a 3% fee (not us) . After paying more than $240,000 in credit card fees over the last 20 years I decided two years ago to let the customers pay for that. The customer also forgot to mention that we stayed after business hours to take care of her. As far as the other employees standing around it only takes one person to patch a tire. This is the same person that goes to a ATM machine and pays 3-6 dollars every time and never says a word. First complaint we’ve ever had in 95 years in business. Thanks Tim W****
