History: 1. Placed order #***************. Received order 6/23. 3. Wore necklace 6/24 and it came apart. 4. Emailed 6/27 to state it had come apart (I accidentally gave wrong order# - left out a number). 5. Received response 6/29 to ****** (not me) saying it had been too long to correct the issue. 6. I responded back that I was not ****** and had just gotten the order and perhaps their was a mixup. No response. 7. I emailed 7/3 again with correct order number. No response 8. I emailed 7/10 again with correct order number. No response 9. On 7/14, I commented on her FB ad stating that my necklace had come apart and she would not respond or correct the problem. 10. I emailed directly again 7/14 asking for resolution and then again asking for a refund after I saw how many people have had problems. I am a very reasonable person and had waited 6 months to order this necklace I really wanted and loved when it arrived only to have it come apart because one of the ends is not properly crimped, which I explained and just wanted to have the necklace that I paid for and loved to wear for more than 1 day. I tried to be very patient in case they were away for July 4th. There is really no excuse for no response and not making this right for a brand new piece of jewelry. Now I am blocked on FB but they just sent me another email advertisement - can't make this up! Please just give me my money back.
