Im extremely disappointed with my experience at Capital Chevrolet. I brought my vehicle in last Tuesday, and despite being promised a Friday morning appointment, my car is still sitting untouched as of Monday due to carryover, AND was also told the car wouldnt possibly be seen today due to carryover. So that puts it maybe being seen Tuesday at the earliest, 11/19. As a single mother with two young children, I rely heavily on my vehicle to get to work and manage daily responsibilities, and this delay has caused me serious inconvenience. Trying to figure out why even bother to set appointments with 18 cars ahead of mine, when mine was scheduled for Friday at 7:45am. Very misleading.The lack of urgency and communication from the service department is unacceptable. Ive called and reached out, yet no one seems to prioritize my situation or offer a clear timeline for when my car will actually be seen. If you need fast or even reliable service, Id recommend considering other options. The frustration and hassle simply arent worth it. Oh, and dont mention that they dont offer complimentary cars, no matter how long they have your car. Just wing it, I guess. I regret buying a car that is such a pain to get serviced.
