This is **** ******. Your company, Two Men and a Truck, did a move for me on September 9th, 2022 from WIlmington, NC to Rocky Point, NC. Here is the list that went wrong with the move. Video evidence can be provided. On September 9, 2022, Two Men and a Truck showed up to my residence at **** ***** **** *** *********** ** at approximately 8:50am. I was not present at that moment, my husband, ***** ******, was handling the job until I returned at 10am. Unfortunately, the three men, Nas, being the head mover, were very rude. Nas did a walk through with me and I told him everything that we needed to move to Rocky Point. They worked five hours and none of the items that I needed moved were touched. Nas did not do a final walk through with me at ***** **** *** They were leaving in the truck and said they ran out of room. None of our sofas or any other items were wrapped up. Nor were our mattresses. My husband's dresser was wrapped only because he insisted. Nas did not want to take the extra effort to take our bed down. I had to find the correct tools in our own tool kit. The movers took a very long drive about an hour and a half to our new home in ***** ****** I was very upset at this because it was costing me a lot of money. We arrived at *** ******* ***** ** an hour before the movers did. Upon arrival, they threw everything in the garage. I insisted that they put our bed back together because they would not do it if I hadn't mentioned it. They also took a quarter size chunk out of the drywall in the hallway next to our bedroom. My husband and I helped unload the truck because they were so slow. It was ridiculous that my husband, sick with cancer, had to help when we hired professional movers. At the end, I argued with Nas that they did not do a final walkthrough at **** ***** **** *** I told him that his crew missed several large items. The next day I hired, Elite Hauling, for $700, to finish the move. I canceled my check to to Two Men and A Truck.
