AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My husband and I had a horrible experience with using this company for blind cleaning. They came out and I asked if they thought they could remove the paint from our blinds, they said yes, took the blinds and told me that I would receive them back in 3 business days. I called on the 3rd business day to ask when they were dropping them off, they told me it would be another business day. I called back that next business day asking what time, they said it was another 2 business days. I call back 2 business days later to ask the time and they state they won't be back for another 2 business days. I asked why I kept getting lied to about the date, was it because there is an issue with getting the blinds cleaned? The manager said that our blinds weren't a priority and we'd have them in 2 business days. I call back again, 2 business days later and they won't return the blinds. Claim it will be another 1 business day. I was beyond frustrated having been lied to multiple times and did hang up after their excuses. They leave a voicemail at close of business telling me it will be delivered next business day. I call next business day and now they state I'm not on the schedule. I asked why considering I have a voicemail from them stating I would get my blinds on this exact date. They called me a liar even though I have the audio file saved. Once the blinds were actually received the paint stains on one blind were worse than when we provided. The other of the two blinds you could tell hadn't been cleaned at all. They are a horrible company to work with, their treatment of us and lack of accountability for their issues was disgusting. They charged full price to ruin our blinds and they've showed no remorse for the further damage they did. Would never recommend this company for anything based on the service we've received.
