I apologize that we have come to this end pass. We have tried everything to avoid this and was only seeking your satisfaction. This installation was done at your direction and with your approval. You showed us paperwork that said you were exempt from inspections because of farm status. Per your request we took off the permit fee because it was not necessary by the documents you had. We did note that in all quotes and in all conversations with had with you. You called the inspector and wanted an inspection after we left. After the inspector was involved we did get the inspection and passed with no issues.
With regards to any threats and follow up after the install, our company has never threatened or harassed you. I as the owner never have even talked to you and I have only listened to all the calls, reviewed all text and email correspondences to confirm my staff professionalism. We have only tried to contact you to resolve all issues and make you happy. We collect the labor portion of the invoice after we are done and we take product costs upfront to secure the equipment. We have no reason to have upset customers and only want to get the job done and closed as fast as possible.
For the wifi module, ******* has supplied you with this self-install kit and instructions.
Due to an ongoing global shortage and inconsistent supply of microprocessor chips, your generator is without the component that enables it to connect to your Wi-Fi network and communicate to the Mobile Link Remote Monitoring app. Your generator is fully operational without this Wi-Fi component. We hope to ship this kit directly to you within the next six months (or as soon as possible) along with easy-to-follow instructions for simple, do-it-yourself installation. To ensure we are sending the component to the correct address, please click on "Get Started" above and confirm your address and generator serial number. We wish you well in the future and hope you can find another service company. We are a transparent company and have nothing to hide. We keep meticulous notes and records to protect the customer as well as the staff from any miscommunication. I stand behind my staff and how they have tried to resolve all issues.

My company has done everything we could to avoid this bad review. I will not say we did anything wrong just to make a review go away. We did a great job and you have a backup generator installed as you paid for. It was inspected and it passed with no issues.
