Foundry Outdoors is a joke, I would highly recommend that you purchase your items elsewhere. I ordered a cushion on Amazon sold buy Foundry Outdoors. The cushion camo pattern is called Invision camo. The other 2 patterns that they had was Mossy Oak and Realtree camo. The cushion also came in 2 sizes. I ordered the big boy size which is 3 inches larger than the large size. After I received the wrong item I reached out to Amazon who instructed me to reach out to the seller (Foundry Outdoors). I reached out to them via email. They said they would contact the warehouse about the mix up. Foundry Outdoors got back to me and said that the camo patterns in some pictures are darker than others and that there is only one size. I then provided over a dozen emails of proof that there is a camo pattern called Invision camo and over 2 dozen pictures that proved this. Foundry Outdoors still continued to blame all the feedback from their warehouse to the person I was talking to. John refused to research all the proof that I sent him prooving that there is 2 different sizes and available in 3 different camo patterns. I continued to email John back but he would not go through with any research. In my opinion that is a person who is incompetent of their job and has no respect for the consumers. After long and extensive research I found out that Foundry Outdoors has been turned into the Better Business Bureau for similar situations. In all their comments they had excuses. As I said before I sent tons of evidence that the camo pattern was wrong and the size. I sent the item back in the same box that it was shipped to me. This was a few weeks ago. They have not reimbursed me as of today yet. I now have to take the time and file a complaint with Amazon that Foundry Outdoors has yet to reimbursed me. So to all the consumers out there please take it fom me and shop at another sporting goods store because Foundry Outdoors does not deserve our business.
