I bought a2012 ***** Silverado from them 5 months ago! I have had to have the fuel solenoid and gas lines replaced the a/c does not work!! The valves are making noise and to top it all off I cant get it inspected because it has a crack in the frame.. I was told my *** the owner that he would put me into another vehicle a week ago.. and now i received this message problem with state have to close for 6 months unfortunately, I don't know what to do ,this ***** , I can't trade you out unfortunately now because I can't do any loans . So now Im stuck with a lemon for a vehicle.. and owner ******************* has stopped responded and blocked me on Fb My neighbor bought a vehicle from them and has to have a seal put into the transmission! My boyfriend bought a truck from them and they had to replace the engine before he could take possession of it and now it has a wiring issue and the radio or a/c and turn signal dont work .. Im beyond disappointed with them.. so now Im stuck with a truck with a cracked frame Please people do your investigation into a company before you get stuck like I did!!!Review from Pamela S.

False advertising. They claim they finance everyone and they don't! They said I was approved but yet couldn't get me in a vehicle unless I had a $2,000 down payment which is fine if that was said upfront but it wasn't they claim everyone is approved so their deal is they say your approved then come up with excuses why they can finance you. One car had a salvage title and the other two had to have huge down payments. Don't make that claim if it isn't true! They need to make sure people are aware getting financed depends on "customer participation" a huge down payment if you have bad credit. It took 6 days to be denied! Debbie really needs to work on her customer service and communication skills. She never once called me back when she said she would, never responded to my voicemail, email or Whatsapp message. To top it all off when I was trying to communicate to her how it's misleading to claim they finance everyone, she hung up on me. They need to just be upfront with people and not play games and learn how to contact people and communicate.Customer Response

Sorry for my mistake, obviously I meant excuses why they "can't" finance you. The thing that was the worst was the lack of respect getting back to me. Debbie didn't once call me. When she first found out I was going to need a big down payment and they couldn't help me she should have called me and told me and been done with it but she can't do that because they claim rite on their big sign out front " WE FINANCE EVERYONE" if credit and down payment amounts matter then at least put it in small print below your false claim. I don't understand why people do this, it's weird. Another thing why are they now South end auto ll? What happened to the first one that is now out of business?
