    For what it is worth, I am making a customer review. 1/27/24 I bought what I thought was a windows home 11 usb flash drive. I plugged in the flash drive at home and downloaded the contents to my PC. I spent countless hours, researching on why I couldn’t connect to the Internet. Plugged in LAN, uninstalled, reinstalled, unplugged LAN, WiFi signal was not there. I came back to Best Buy 1/28/24 to figure out why my PC was not connecting to the internet. They plug the USB in and told me the flash drive is windows 10. So Microsoft is preboxing their products incorrectly and Best Buy is selling them, Making a profit and telling customers it’s not their problem?? Since the product is bought at Best Buy, they should have the responsibility in fixing the issue. They purchase the item from Microsoft, or rent the space, it’s their problem to fix the wrong doings. I’m out $139, because they sold me a windows 10 USB with a Windows 11 key. That is their problem to hash out with Microsoft. My problem is now I have to waste more time, fixing my PC because it downloaded a software against a new key with a different software associated. Not only is this creating issues within my PC build but I wasted several hours of my time to be turned away by the manager on schedule. She said to me that Best Buy “Will not exchange or return,” even though I came in to the store asking for help; wasting more of my time. In addition she also said, “I paid for what I received, and there is nothing they can do!” The intent of me writing this is to make aware that a mistake on their part isn’t owned up to, also because they don’t want to do a job they are pushing it on the customer.
