On June 6, 2022 I brought my 98 Lowrider to Laconia Harley-Davidson to do an assessment for ******* Insurance. On July 17, 2022 they called me that the assessment was complete. At the same time I gought a new FLHCS. I called ******* Mutual to let them know about the damages on the 98 Lowrider and to insure the FLHS. they said an adjuster would be out within 2 weeks. After 90 days I call ******* again to find out what was taking to long. They had no record that I put in a claim. After ******* was officially involved, Laconia HD wanted $2500 in storage fees. My insurance would have paid the storage if I let them take the bike. I had no intention in giving up my bike so they refused to pay the storage. If Laconia HD had told me about the storage fee I would have been up the next day with the trailer to remove it. When I threatened to take them to small claims court they threatened to leave my bike down side the road. I was able to get them down to $1000 to save my bike. In the spring of 2023 I had stage @ put on my new bike (FLHCS) and I told them that I wanted all my parts back. When they delivered my bike out of VIP storage, they were to bring all the parts off my FLHCS. They did not return the lifters, the plastic housing behind the air breather, or the mufflers. Total cost of parts is $1050. When I asked for store credit they refused and said they would get the mufflers back to me, also the lifters they threw away and went and pulled 4 lifters out of the trash. They do not go with the cam that came off my bike so I could not even sell them if I wanted to.
