******** customer service. The manager (? female) and owner (****) are very rude, disrespectful, and lack professionalism.I contacted the company to turn off my sprinkler system. Was told I had to wait a month and they will contact me. I was contacted by email & the date was set. The day of the service, received a call from a female who said she was the manager yelling that no one was home, the technician had been to the house twice, & he tried calling me. I explained that was the only call received but I will call to have the person home open the door. I called back & advised the young lady was at the door, no one was there. I also explained that no one rang the door bell or the dog would have barked. The manager repeatedly cut me off & continued to yell. I asked her to stop speaking to me in that manner because she can't understand what I am saying if she isn't willing to listen. I then requested her boss. I was told that he wasn't *********** did not know when he would be back. The manager proceed to tell me that I did not pay for the service. I told her I did & have a receipt from their company. She said I was lying, despite having a confirmation number for the payment. Less then 10 minutes later **** called back yelling in the phone saying his technician was there, he was able to track him, & he will be back in 30 minutes. I told him that was established & I wanted to discuss the lack of professionalism. His response was "I was sitting here & heard everything that was said. I don't have a problem with the way she spoke to you." He further said "I'm not firing her for ********* can go somewhere else." I told him I did not asked him to terminate her but he should take concerns of customers more seriously. He then told me that he would refund me my ********* could go somewhere else since I have a problem with the way they do business. They were caught in three lies during the calls. It was a horrible experience. I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone.
