ON July 10th, I bought a coffee grinder from them, they sent me a broken grinder machine. I reported the problem and provided video evidence as requested. Two days later, they claimed the machine wasn't working because I hadn't put over 50 grams of coffee beans inside, and all coffee beans came out the same size because I include beans from a previous grind. However, I've tried over ten times, varying the amount of coffee beans and grind duration, with no success. They refuse to acknowledge the machine is broken and told me if I want to return it, I would be charged a 10% restocking fee. If I disagree, they won't process the return. The machine costs over $2,000 and it's broken.
