I needed emm loans help to get out from my previous mortgage. I have cancer and trying to get things in order for my kids for when I pass. I was working with ****** at *** from day one. Everything was going fine for the entire process and ****** keep telling me we will close in 2 weeks. Im on disability and get payed the 20th of every month mind you. Again ****** tells me everything is great were closing in 2 weeks this is in early August so there for im not making my August payment because they will be paid off. Mind you I was also supposed to get 10k out on my refinance with one week left in August ****** calls and says he can't do it unless I dont get cash out! But he didn't change the amount of the refinance at this point I've spent my August payment on a will for my kids and September is due in a week witch I would have 2 mortgage payments to make if I didn't agree! He had me backed in a corner leaving me no choice but to sign or im 2 months behind! Again he didn't change the refinance amount so my closing was over 15k I received 0 money he made out like a bandit knowing I had no choice and would have to do this again im dieing of cancer and he knew this !!! And to Top it off ********* closing service that they deal with screwed up the payoff amount the caused me to be 30 days late destroying my credit!! Then they said they would fix the area if I didn't sign a document saying I owe them money!! Both totally screwed me over put me in debt and ruined my credit
