I hired these guys to install a pellet stove 5-Dec 2022 (needed 3' double flue piping, and an air intake hole and pipe. After installation (11-Dec - it started leaking CO2 into my house). They came to fix it, and then 19-Jan-2023 there was smoke and exhaust everywhere. I did not want them to touch it a 3rd time, as this is was an EXTREMELY UNSAFE situation they put me in twice. The pipes they installed were regular HVAC ducts which are not coded for extreme heat that comes off from a pellet stove. I contacted them and asked for the mailing address so I could send court papers, but they told me good luck suing and getting my money back. I have videos of the smoke leaking etc but its not a supported file type. I believe this business address now is (the email they provided is the one listed with this business).
