      The Receptionist is rude and unprofessional. The technicians are incompetent. They were sent to my home by GE to address and issue with our dishwasher. They came in , removed the unit from the cabinet and made the problem worse. After about 15 minutes, hey said they didn't know what to do and would need to call tech support but didn't have time and would need to come back. We asked them to put the unit back to its original condition (re install it) so we could use it in the meantime. They said they would. we went to work and went on with our day. The next day, we noticed that the unit was leaking worse than before and upon further inspection, we saw that they never re installed the unit and the screws were missing. We also noticed that the kick plate had been damaged as part of the service call (had I noticed it that day, I would have brought it to their attention but I wasn't laying on the floor to notice it until I saw the unit leaking and knelt down to investigate). I called and left several messages for the company to come back and address the issue. Several days later, someone from the company called back to schedule a follow up service call but refused to take responsibility for the damage, accusing me of damaging it after they left. Further more, The receptionist, was trying to tell me that my wife told the technicians to leave the unit uninstalled. We ****% said no such thing. I even asked her to put the tech on the phone so I could verify what was said and have him admit to me what I told him to his face and she refused. She then said that they were no longer going to come out to do the repair and that I had to call GE to find a different repair company. Of course, at this point I didn't want them back in my house again for fear that they would make the situation even worse. After this interaction, I could no longer trust them to do their job as they proved themselves to be dishonest and incompetent.

      Hello, per our telephone conversation we went out 11/7 to diagnosis unit per your ge warranty and were unable to diagnosis the issue. We advised you we need to reschedule your appointment and call technical support. Your wife stated to the technicians unit could be left pulled out as it was. You and are now stating the "kickplate" was broken by our company and demanding we replace. There was no damage reported the day of or 24 hours of visit. There is no proof that damage was not already or caused since our visit. As you are a liability for us to continue the service i advised you contact GE and have them assign you another company. ************ GE customer care. Thank you.
