Contract for 14' x 18' Gunite pool signed 3/21/22 for new construction. We are in our new house but the the pool project is a mess. Swim-*** thinks nothing of asking us to meet their workers with little notice (and bring a check), but we can't get them to answer the phone. We asked them to meet our contractors but have received no response. The trench has been exposed for months. They ripped up newly laid sod and left in in rumpled piles. The **************** cut through existing irrigation lines on purpose, causing $2,000 in damages. Prior to the damage, they were informed by our contractor that they could call him for ANY problem. Instead, they used a sawzall to cut the lines. They connected PVC in such a fashion that it would not conform to the equipment deck design. They have not returned to work for weeks. Their communication skills are nonexistent and when we do reach them we get nothing but excuses or double talk. Our small pool has had more difficulties than the entire rest of our construction project. We just want our pool construction, which we began paying for over a year ago, to be completed.Business response

Hello,
The pool construction started on 9/20/22 when we excavated the pool, followed by steel, inspections, and the gunite was shot on 10/6/22. Swim-Mor was on hold after that waiting for the home construction to move further along. At the time we shut down for the holidays in Mid-December the property was still not ready for plumbing or coping and tile installation. Typically temperatures prevent us in January and February from doing coping and tile and pool plumbing however it was a mild winter and we were ableto bring the crews back early. When we went to run the pool plumbing in the beginning of February, the builder had already laid the driveway across part of the area we needed to trench but had given left us pipes to run through under the driveway. However, they also finished the rest of the area of the yard that Swim-Mor needed to access the pool equipment. The homeowner was warned by not to finish that side of the property as we still need to trench our pool plumbing lines and light electrical lines across the yard and down the side of the home to where the equipment was going. As there was no other way to get the piping to the equipment location she was told we needed to go through the newly laid area.
Sincerely,
*********************

Weve been ignored, our job is way over time and has failed inspection multiple times. Reached out multiple times over email and phone to get little to no response. We have a trench that is a hazard to my children and have not gotten any timeline of completion. Once we paid the bulk of the project Swim Mor de-priotized us. *** asked 3x to speak with the owner/operater of swim mor and never got a reply.Business response
