              ADP will not listen to me when I tell them that the Local Tax ID # for a given local is the **** number and that the ADP system will not allow it to be entered. After contacting the agency and getting written proof from them that it is the **** #, I presented the info to ADP and they still will not fix the backend to allow the **** #. This is causing my company to be charged a $165 City Applied for Fee monthly. I have spent so many hours trying to fix this issue with ADP. I have several companies with ADP payroll and this happens to us several times per year in every company. This is costing me time and money. I have reached out to several employees at ADP and none of them have fixed this yet even though they act like will. It's been months with no resolution and lots of money in fees.

              *************. Employers can not get into their accounts without involving their HR and/or previous employers or spending hours on the phone dealing with a nonsense chatbot. Every person should have the right to login to THEIR OWN PERSONAL accounts with their money in there. I cant access my own 401K, I want to move it to another place. Some of us can't spend hours hunting down all our previous employers using ADP. There should be one login to ALL your ADP accounts in one place that a person can access with their personal email, not some "username and password" that is impossible to retrieve and that your company hides in your settings. It is just plain PAINFUL to use ADP as a former employer. I am currently person ****************************************** customer **********************. Absolute horror of a company.

              We apologize for the long hold times. The 401k team is experiencing a very large call volume currently. There is now a callback feature so you don't have to wait on the line that can be accessed by calling ************ M-F 8am-9pm. If there is a wait longer than 5 minutes, it will save your place in line and call you back. They are working as quickly as possible to help each client as best as they can. You can access all forms needed as well as faq at ***********************************************. Your username and login would normally be the same as you used for your employer portal. You can reset your password if forgotten.
