            Purchased 3 Heat Pumps from Binsky and it has had trouble EVERY year. The heating acts up around Nov Dec, Binsky doesnt get to it until March where its Fixed until Nov/Dec rolls around. This past time it was finally acknowledged there is a hardware problem, but it has been over 6 months and its still unresolved. Messages left with their customer ********************** with no call back. Their promise and warranty isnt worth much, despite being fully covered by the manufacturer. Its a shame as their techs that do get dispatched seem like wonderful people who genuinely try but there seems to be a lack of familiarity with the equipment they sell, and they dont carry the parts to support it.

            I have used them before and found them to be reasonable with price and quality of service. My last repair was simply to replace the interior of a toilet for about ******. The technician then said I needed a new seal on the bottom of the toilet. He charged me a total of *******. Totally a rip off for the 35 minutes he was there

            After our plumber visited Mr. ********* home, he contacted us via social media regarding his dissatisfaction with the price of the service. We responded to him that we were sorry to hear he was unhappy with the pricing and offered to have a Service Manager contact him to discuss and see if there were any additional discounts we could add to the service. The customer declined and requested we do not contact him. We strive to provide fair and competitive pricing to our customers and offer different estimates to help suit the customers needs. We understand our pricing may not be a fit for every customer but all pricing is presented to the customer before any work is started to ensure they are comfortable with the estimate provided.
