              My mother sold a house to Hall of Fame House Buyers. The sale closed in June. They left the gas and electric in my mothers name. After looking over her bank records, she was billed up to Jan. 19th. The total is $500.00. I contacted Hall of Fame Home buyers and have been given the run around. They told me to get a lawyer and take them to court. Then they told me it would cost me more in lawyer fees to get the money back. My resolution would be to get the money back.

              Got sent a piece of mail that had a very similar structure and style of legal documents. The return address is from woodbury also. So when I recieve a piece of mail, that has tear away sides and top, like legal or court matters... Imagine my surprise when it's *****, offering a cash offer. With a check, that says call us. Glad I got my heart racing over a home sales pitch to sell my house, which I don't want to do.Think of better marketing and mailing strategies than mimic official court documents.
