Buyer beware of AAA Pool liner Replacement LLC. This companys customer service and quality of work is horrendous. I contracted American Pool liner to replace my original liner in April 2018. The job was completed in May 2018. In July 2022, 4 years later, my pool was losing water at a rapid pace. I had a leak detection test completed and there was significant leak right where the liner was attached to the bottom of the steps (inground pool). The leak was due to the liner not being flush against the floor and wall where it connected to the steps creating a cove or air pocket so as people would enter the pool and step on the floor it pulled the liner away from the steps. I contacted American Pool liner and they said it was not under warranty as it did not rip at the seam. I had it patched, but due to the location, it was never going to hold 100%. I had to have the leak repaired again in July 2023, and finally I decided to have the liner replace after the leak continued to get worse. I reached out to American Pool liner again to address the leak as I felt this was an installation issue caused by mis measurement of the pool and installing an oval liner in a jewel shaped pool. This caused the liner to fail. They disagreed and refused to honor their work. I had to replace the liner in July 2024 and when removed we found the liner was only 20 mil and not 27 mil which was on my contract. I called to complain and sent them a piece of the liner. They also said the conflicting liner thickness was due to the liner I selected. It was a liner with no decorative trim at the top (solid pattern throughout) and for that style only 20 mil was available. Basically, the contract they wrote include a product that was not even available. They took no ownership of this at all, and basically blamed me for picking a liner style that was only offered in a 20 mil. This is completely unacceptable and no way to run a business. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Would give zero but there's no option, so 1 star. A shady business and a website using 3rd party web templates. They have multiple contact numbers and web fronts for the same business. Failed to execute the liner contract. Work done through sub contractors who are extremely rude with no work ethics. Have not yet installed the liner and as a result damaged my pool floor. 20 x 40 pool.DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY.

Horrible company total scam, they refuse to repair the liner they installed

On june 2018, I purchased a new pool cover from this company. I was given a lifetime warranty on paper including all labor and repair or pool cover replacement. after 2 years, I noticed tears on the pool cover. I submitted all required paperwork, including pictures. When contacted by e-mail by a manager (********) whom after reviewing the documents , told me that they are not responsible for any damage to my pool cover, Damages that was sustained during the winter 2 years later after installed. I requested to have a tech look at the cover but she refused, Also a pool liner was installed by them as well and the liner was constantly falling off the tracks. A technician came once to re-adjust the pool liner and that was it. no mention in regards to the pool cover. They even offer for me to purchase pool patches from them to cover the tears on the pool cover. And still refuse to honor the pool cover warranty. They were very rude and giving me the round around. From my experience, I wouldn't refer them to anybody. Horrible Service.. Since then I had another company fix my pool liner. The pool cover still unfixed.
