I would give ZERO stars if possible. ***************************** of this business insulted my ************************************************************************ She was very unprofessional, she would not answer basic questions about the property that did not require my agent to be present. A very dismissive and rude person with issues with people of color. She insulted another women of color in front of me when she asked for her contact info and her availability. When we ask her why would she behave this way, she asked us to leave. We were there for less than 5 mins and in 5 minutes she insulted my dad in front of my kids. We called this business to inform them that this particular agent is being rude to customers and is not interested to sell to people of color and instead of saying a single word of apology they defend their agent. The office gave us a number of their "Broker" named ****** and we explain to her that we were subject to insult and bad behavior for no reason and she defends ********* too saying she was right to say whatever she said. Blamed us for not having our agent present even though it was an open house. Had the advertisement on this property informed, that kids cannot accompany, no questions will be answered without agents present, property cannot be seen without agents, customers will not be showed the property then we would not have planned to go. Why have an open house and not show the property and say nothing about the property ? I have sold and bought houses, I have a realtor who considers us his family and have never been subject to such behavior collectively from any business. I request your attention so that you can prevent such incidents and experiences from happening to other people. Everyone has the right to be respected and treated well.
