Business ProfileforBlunt Brothers Coffee

I dont generally make negative reviews unless I was mistreated. Ive been going to this coffee shop for several years, as its been one of my top favorites. This morning, I waited to order a coffee, and the owner was having an altercation with another customer. He was recording the incident live on his phone and berating the customer. After several minutes of this, I called out that the customer isnt worth his energy. So, the owner turned towards me and started recording me. He started berating me that I must be a team with the other customer and if that customer was my dad. Then telling me to leave and he doesnt want my business. I was genuinely concerned and asked if he was okay. But that didnt deter him from verbally abusing me, in front of my child, and telling me to leave. His hands were shaking and I could tell he was really worked up. Ive worked with customer service through the entirety of my adult life and I completely understand how difficult customers can be. That being said, the way the owner treated me was completely unnecessary. Its so unfortunate because I genuinely loved the coffee there, but I wont be returning. That was unacceptable and if he cant keep from verbally abusing someone else because another person ****** him off, he shouldnt be running a business working with the public. Upon reviewing the social media pages for this bio, this incident is a regular occurrence with customers.
