In February 2022, BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado investigated Shooters Den USA business practices. This investigation was prompted by Scam Tracker reports alleging of another business’ identity being used online.

Shooter's Den located at 2729 San Mateo Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110 has stated that they do not operate and are not associated with Shooters Den USA and the website https://shootersdenusa.com.

Consumers have alleged the following through BBB Scam Tracker reports: 
- This company advertises shooting supplies for sale online. Once I made a 'purchase' I was emailed and asked to send the payment to a private Zelle account. The subsequent email correspondence made it clear that the sender was not American. It looks like the intent is to get the cash via Zelle then disappear. NOT a legitimate business.
- This site had items that I wanted but I could not process a Paypal or Venmo payment. When I investigated the business I found they were using an address of a real business Shootersden Albuquerque, NM. Shootersden did not know the bad site under Shootersdenusa and said they would investigate this also. The payment was requested to be made under Friends and Family which also was suspicious. Prices for some products were too low for the current times and availability of some items was questionable. In February 2022, BBB checked the website registration for www.shootersdenusa.com and the website showed as registered on July 30, 2021 with an address in Phoenix, AZ. 

BBB made inquiries to Shooters Den USA via email asking the following:
- Operations addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers, and online listings for Shooters Den USA.
- Explain any association they have with Shooters Den located in Albuquerque, N.M.
- Copies of all current job postings for Shooters Den USA.
- Copies of any documentation provided to their consumers.
- Shooters Den USA’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives Firearms dealer license number.

To date, BBB has not received a response from Shooters Den USA. BBB is unable to verify the true location of this business. 

BBB researched the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and could not locate a license listed in New Mexico for Shooters Den USA. Such a license is required in the state of New Mexico for businesses offering the sale of Firearms.
