Wouldn’t recommend. Our original company that came out and took care of the mitigation was fast and responsive. Servpro has been the complete opposite. It took 15 days after the estimator came out for repairs to start which costed us hundreds in our electricity bill. I was told “because they weren’t making much on this job, they would have to work around with schedules” someone finally came out. When I met him, I asked if he was with Servpro and he said no but he was subcontracted. He started the work by trying to install the dry wall on the roof without adding any insulation(very noticeable that insulation was removed) until I brought it to his attention and he left for **** ***** to grab some. He did a fine job on the wall, however he did not install the cabinet that was removed, which his boss said he would be installing. I called Servpro and was assured it would be installed the next day so I scheduled work off only to be told a couple hours before I was expecting them, that they would have to do another day. Which cost me money off my paycheck. If you have a job you need done right and in a timely manner, not a job done when most convenient for them & the cheapest way possible is recommend looking elsewhere. Chafika(owner) responded to my **** review saying “at no point did we state that your project didn’t take priority because of it size and profitability” however she wasn’t on a single call. How would she know? Not a good look to just deny a real experience instead of apologizing or fixing the problem. But that is on par for the level of customer service I’ve received so no surprise.

We have spoken with the homeowner. 


He's appeared to be mostly concerned that the trade did not have insulation before the drywall, which was a misunderstanding and we addressed immediately with the sub. 


It was also explained that we got the loss on 6/18, then went out 6/24, so that was not 3 weeks after; However, we understand that when our customers are going through this type of experience it can be very overwhelming. 


We also explained that because it was a program insurance job, it did need to go through a quality assurance process that extends the approval process.  We try to expedite the QA process, but it is not up to us and are only to wait for them to complete the process so we can move forward.


We then scheduled his repairs the next day from getting an approval from the insurance company and was able to finish the work needed within 3 days.
