Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear about your negative experience and fully understand your frustration. We always aim to provide honest, professional service, and it’s clear that we missed the mark during your appointment.
It’s disappointing to hear that you felt pressured into an upsell for a valve replacement, especially when all you wanted was a straightforward cartridge repair. We should have been more transparent with you from the start about the potential outcomes and costs. Your experience wasn’t the level of service we strive for, and for that, we apologize.
We also regret that you weren’t properly informed about what would happen if the cartridge couldn’t be replaced. Our technicians should have made it clear upfront that if the cartridge wasn’t successfully installed, the valve would need to be addressed in order to stop the water. You should never have felt cornered into paying for something you didn’t want or need.
We truly appreciate your initiative in researching the problem and resolving it on your own. While we’re glad you got your shower fixed, it’s unfortunate that you had to take that step. We realize you trusted us to handle the repair, and we’re sorry we let you down.
To prevent this from happening again, we’ll be revisiting our training and service protocols to ensure that our technicians communicate all options clearly and respectfully. We want every customer to feel confident and fully informed about the work being done in their home.
