    Centennial Volkswagen has truly been terrible, they never call you back, I have been trying to fix our sons car since July 01, 2024 and it has now been over 3 months that we have been trying to have the car fixed through the warranty, the car and warranty were purchased at this Volkswagen dealership, the work has all been approved by the warranty company but they keep telling us that they will call us with an appointment and they do not. We call and call and leave messages but no one calls us back. This is the 2nd car my son has purchased from them and we also purchased a brand new Taos volkswagen, we have been super nice and polite to them, I do not understand why we are being treated so awful. Melvin was the original service advisor and after calling him many times and going to the dealership on W. Azure Dr. and receiving total run around and no service what so ever, we came in and spoke to Terron **** who promised us that he would take care of getting us an appointment and he would not drop the ball like Melvin did, guess what he also will not call us back, I have called him and left messages for him, asking him to please call me back but he does not. I have never received such terrible customer service my entire life, are they purposely waiting for the warranty to run out. Please help, Miriam I had to leave a star review, I would have given them 0 stars but no way to do that.

    Regrettably, is does appear the service advisor failed to maintain communication with Mr. ****** and for this we apologize. From what we can see the customer was on a lengthy waiting list for a loaner vehicle. The service advisor (Melvin) should have kept contact with Mr. ****** and/or coordinated some other type of transportation to facilitate the repairs happening in a timelier manner. The extended warranty approval and all details have been re-assigned to a new service advisor who will handle the repairs going forward. The parts necessary have been re-ordered and the advisor will reach out to Mr. ****** to coordinate repairs in the most convenient way possible. The management team will be involved throughout the process to ensure the process is expedited.
